Characteristics:

1. PU and PVC: PU is short for polyurethane, and PVC is short for polyvinyl chloride. They are the most common and extensively used wheel material, low price with good quality. To make it easier to understand, you can see them as similar materials, just thePU has better wear resistance performance and a little slightly cost.PVC caster is cost-effective. It will be your best choice if you want to control your budget, and both of them are good for all floors: tiles, hardwood, rough concrete, etc.
   Furniture casters, small light duty casters, medium duty casters, heavy duty casters, shopping cart wheels and pallet jack wheels in these applications, PVC and PU casters are popular.
2. Rubber and TPR are both soft materials. In other words, they roll silently on hardwood, tile floors, or other places where you require quiet running, such as the hospital, laboratory, hotel and so on. Best choice for hospital furniture caster, medical caster wheel, hospital bed wheels, heavy duty castor wheels, hand truck trolley, etc.
3. PP and Nylon, as you know, this caster wheel tread is hard, have high load capacity, and has greater wear resistance performance. Heavy duty caster, extra heavy duty caster, or industrial trolley wheel will choose nylon caster.
4. Phenolic. It is special high-temperature wheel material that can bear 180 degrees, 280 degrees or even more. Bakery equipment, oven or other high temp environment will require these wheels.
5. Cast iron. It is obvious that cast iron is steel and strong enough to support heavy duty & super extra heavy duty. It can also bear high temperatures, but the cart iron wheel is heavier than other casters.

Then develop mold, and produce free samples to let you test.

We will refund mold charges after the order reach a certain quantity.

For regular customer: provide free samples unconditionally and we will also pay express charges.

For new customers:we also supply free samples if the samples value less then USD 15,and customers pay express charges .

The price depends on product cost, exchange rate, and order quantity (or shipping freight).

For regular customers,we supply lower price and calculate price based on current US dollar exchange rate to save customers’ cost.

For new customers, if order quantity less than MOQ, we will produce it with other orders. In this way, it can save your cost and finish your order ASAP. And we will supply discount for large orders, do not worry.

If we do not have customers in your country, then we will supply discount directly.

30% deposit before production,and 70% balance before delivery.

Different caster require different MOQ,we will check MOQ for you. Do not worry, we totally understand that sometimes the trial order will be small quantity,can not reach MOQ, it’s normal.We will grow up with all customers together.

If you have forwarder in China,then we will cooperate with them.

We will handle the goods for you if you do not have agent in China,very easy.

We can also make CO(certificate of origin), FORM E, FORM F, FORM R, etc. They will reduce or exempt customs duty at destination port.
